SPA creates competition and cooperation through a competitive design process that rewards its partners for modulating their responses in harmony with the agreed upon concepts of the P3. We seek efficient, energy efficient, structurally sound, and architecturally appealing designs on every project.

SPA identifies and researches P3 opportunities worldwide with a primary focus on airports and fixed-base operations. Our staff are experts in aviation safety, airport master planning, flight training, air traffic control, aviation maintenance, and real state investments.

We are a team of focused on creating and innovating. We believe that all airports and their surrounding environments are an ecosystem that feeds human advancement and development. Through our coordinated efforts, we help clients develop extensive growth plans that sustain and enable communities.

We are forward-looking and committed to advancing aviation culture worldwide through exceptional flight training, A&P mechanic training, and the purposeful development of airports and spaceports. Provide exemplary P3 services to support the growth of airport ecosystems, business parks, mixed-use facilities, and air parks that builds communities, educational facilities that compliment and connect industry, and training and maintenance facilities that strengthens the aviation infrastructure.

Developing Airport Ecosystems
