Our architects and engineers use Autodesk Revit Building information Modeling (BIM) as a primary tool.  Use of BIM provides the team the ability to build the project virtually before physical construction begins.  With our software engineers, the teams area able to analyze the impacts of design modifications, are able to hold brief charettes to work out structural or design conflicts and reduce variables and uncertainty the project actually begins on the ground.

SPA Global leads these team of experts and ensures our highest levels of safety and quality, required for the project, are upfront and executed per the contractual agreements.

Additionally, our team is able to know precisely what our budget is using BIM 4-D (cost) and BIM 5-D (scheduling).  When our projects are completed, BIM served as an as-built model for facilities management and integrated using various software so that the facilities management team can manage the repairs and maintenance with ease.
