If the airport caters to flight training, air traffic control training and/or aviation maintenance training, its surrounding areas must include modern housing, modern entertainment attractions, and mixed-use facilities to accommodate trainees.  We specialize in the development of the plans, the creation of competition to facilitate better designs, and the process of linking these elements together.

When we begin our P3 marketing we begin with the airport’s planned image.  We seek to develop avenues of marketing which punctuate the desired feel and personality of the community.  We create a center of excellence for quality and permeate the quality standard throughout the project. We know how to make travelers feel welcomed and special.  We make business travelers a priority and show them the alternatives to flying on large commercial aircraft, if your airport is small; and we show them the benefits of flying through a larger hub if we manage the properties at larger hubs.

We bring this welcoming feeling by demonstrating that we have several business areas for them to use for meetings, calls, and operations.  We ensure placards and announcements illustrate Wi-Fi is available and how to access the system.  We ensure the FBO operates with the business traveler in-mind by ensure there is a linkage between airport management and FBO operations that share information about best practices.

As we conduct outreach, we ensure all news, sports, and weather outlets (TV, Cable, and Radio) announce the airport’s events and opportunities.  We ensure the available leased spaces are advertised and promoted to industry, and we ensure they are rented quickly.  We ensure all airport hangar lease spaces are advertised and released.

We highlight the positive impact your airport has on the community, through chamber of commerce and other civic organization meetings an events.  We demonstrate the improved quality-of-life activities and the economic growth.  Our teams are visibly active at community events and promote aviation and the airport’s tenant services at all local colleges & universities, as well as with the school systems.  discussions to let people know that you are more than just a building and a runway.

We keep things fresh by bringing in unique offerings. We work with local restaurants and catering services to deliver wonderful meals at events on the airport. We exercise multiple social media systems through our innovative approach to social media jobs at the airport. We have special events, giveaways, and social nights and weekends for airport tenants to bring prospective clients and aircraft owners to the community.
