Our Role
As a Collin County Regional Airport Board Member, Pete Costas was integral in the oversight of the Airport Master Plan Update and accompanying plan to define a concept for Airport development over the course of a 20-year period. The main objective of the Airport Master Plan Update was to produce an efficient and environmentally acceptable development program for the Airport. The plan also had to meet the goals and needs of the City of McKinney, Collin County, and the surrounding Airport service area. The document was prepared in concert with State and Federal agencies, local officials, and interested users of the Airport.
